Coaching Kit Program
Supporting Coaches. Strengthening Youth Rugby.
The Atlanta Rugby Foundation’s Coaching Kit Program supports youth and collegiate rugby programs by providing access to essential coaching and training resources that help reduce barriers to participation and improve safety and consistency at the grassroots level.
Developed in partnership with World Rugby Shop, the program focuses on equipping programs with practical, high-use materials that support effective training environments and allow coaches to focus on athlete development.
Program Purpose
Many youth and collegiate rugby programs operate with limited resources, placing additional demands on volunteer coaches and program leaders.
The Coaching Kit Program exists to:
